Trip canceled? No problem!
With our cancellation protection offers, we give you complete flexibility, because unexpected illnesses, for example, can mean that trips planned well in advance have to be canceled.
Included cancellation protection
Our 1-day vignette, 10-day vignette and all route toll products include free cancellation protection, so that you can cancel your toll product even after the 14-day right of withdrawal has expired, should you not have used it.
Additional cancellation protection
For all other products (except annual vignette), we recommend that our customers add cancellation protection (cost: €0.99 / product). This allows you to prepare for your trip without any worries and, in an emergency, to cancel independently up to 120 minutes before departure. The price of the toll product (including service charge) will then be refunded to you automatically and within the shortest possible time. Please note that the statutory rights of withdrawal apply. For this reason, we recommend the additional cancellation protection only for customers who are outside the revocation period due to the selected validity start of the toll product.
If you want to start your journey as planned, we will take care of registering your license plates just in time for the start of your trip. You will receive a registration confirmation from us by email as proof. If for some reason you do not receive this, there may be a problem with the registration of your license plates. You are not allowed to leave without the registration confirmation. In this case, contact our customer support and we will help you as soon as possible!
